Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required to start. Cancel anytime in one click before day 14 and you won't be charged.

Are there setup fees?

None. Zero implementation fees on all plans. You sign up, configure your venue, paste the widget — done. White-glove onboarding is available at no extra charge.

Can I switch plans?

Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at your next renewal so you keep what you paid for through the current period.

Does LaneBooker charge transaction fees?

No platform cut. We charge a flat monthly subscription. Stripe's standard processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) apply on paid bookings on Scale — we pass them through at cost, zero markup.

What currencies do you support?

Subscriptions are billed in USD. Your venue can collect bookings in CAD, USD, GBP, or EUR — you choose one currency at setup and it's consistent across all pricing, refunds, and reports.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes. We can flip your account to manual invoicing on quarterly or annual terms. Useful for venues with finance approval workflows or purchase orders. Email [email protected] to set it up.
