Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access. We collect a card at signup so your venue stays live the moment the trial ends — but nothing is charged until day 15. Cancel before then and you won’t be billed. No contract, no notice period.
None. Zero implementation fees on all plans. You sign up, configure your venue, paste the widget — done. White-glove onboarding is available at no extra charge.
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at your next renewal so you keep what you paid for through the current period.
No platform cut. We charge a flat monthly subscription. Stripe's standard processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) apply on paid bookings on Scale — we pass them through at cost, zero markup.
Subscriptions are billed in USD. Your venue can collect bookings in CAD, USD, GBP, or EUR — you choose one currency at setup and it's consistent across all pricing, refunds, and reports.
Yes. We can flip your account to manual invoicing on quarterly or annual terms. Useful for venues with finance approval workflows or purchase orders. Email [email protected] to set it up.
